I also worry,we went to the movies last week and I got a small popcorn with the intention of eating a few bites, when I looked down I had eaten 1/2 and could of finished it.I dont know if because it was popcorn but it scared the s*it out of me that i was going to fail at this,so I'm just gonna have to stay away from that stuff.I think it could be very easy to fall of the path of right choices,so I personally will work harder also.

Thank You so much for the post. I am also fighting with the whole concept of how much fits in already. I keep reading about people who can only eat a few bites and then they are stuffed. I still have a problem with with being able to eat too much. I fight it every day and only eat just enough to keep me satisfied and rarely eat any carbs but I have fallen a few times and was horribly disappointed to find that I could eat much more than I should have. There are so few people that seem to have this problem, that I sometimes still feel like the outsider that says,' I can eat too much, I am hungry lots (I drink about 2.5 liters per day so it is not just that I am thirsty, and I still absolutely get cravings.' Again - I am not complaining because I have lost a ton (well maybe not 2000 lbs but over 50 lbs) and fit in lots of clothes, and get compliments all the time, so vsg has changed my world, but it sure is nice to hear that others really have to work it, and the weight is not just falling off with no work on their part!

Correction my love...there are so few people whose post you have seen to admit to being able to eat more.  You are NOT the only one and definitely NOT alone.  You'd have to read almost every single post almost every single day to see that, but I've been  here long enough and well I read almost every post, lol.

When you say hungry lots are you saying every hour or every couple or few?  If you think about it, you are eating a small amount so isn't it reasonable to say eat and be hungry every 3 hours?  Sometimes you have to read what people are saying as well as what they aren't.

It is usually every couple of hours. I am trying real hard not to snack because I know myself and letting go even a bit can lead to further indulgences so I do say no to snacking but the 3 ounces that most are eating at just over three months is now 4.5 ounces of protein (no carbs at all)for me. I still seem to be losing, maybe not every day, because I have certainly hit all the expected stalls that are not really stalls but regularly losing weight. Thanks for the advise to listen with my heart too, because I don't really speak up a lot but I do read alot.

Just try NOT to think you are the ONLY one.  With the exception of God there is NO "I'm the only one" whether or not they speak out is another thing.  Which is why since my job is 24/7 computer I stay here and I post because I know that if I'm going through it someone else is too.

You are doing awesome...keep up the great job!
