B: pudding with medication and a little protein powder mixed in
L: refried beans with shredded baked chicken
D: BBQ at friends- famous smoked chicken on menu. If nothing else, I will eat that.
S: almond butter and reduced fat wheat thins

Water: 30 ounces so far. 50 is the minimum goal.
Vitamins: yes
Exercise: not today.
