in the middle of my 5th week. Down 30 pounds, (27 after 2/12 weeks and then a 2 week stall... finally got the other 3 off this past Saturday to make 30!!!)

The best thing today is waking up to a Monday morning with an official 4.1 lb loss over last week!!!! If my weight loss history holds true, I am going to stall right here for about 3 weeks...so when I start getting whinny and think about giving up...remind me...its a pattern....just gotta do my thing till the lossing week comes back around.
