Lnd: 1/2 apple, slice of chicken, 6 protein chips
Lns: sugar cookie

B: fried egg, slice rye
L: hamburger helper

Vitamins are good, water is so-so.. Attitude is relaxed.. Yet stressed.. Only me. Ha ha

 I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

L: Isopure Orange 1/2 bottle
D: Broth of some sort
Snacks: SF Popsicles and Jello, K20 Protein in water

*yawn*

2 more days and I move to full liquids and start introducing purees. I'm chocking down all the sweet stuff still. Ugh. Not hungry. At all. Ever. Worried about that and getting meals in later. But oh well.

Exercise: Late night walk planned
Water: Never a problem, get at least 80 oz
Vitamins: not allowed until Tuesday

For some physical hunger returns, for me not so much, wish I could say the same for head hunger.

Yeah, I'm worried about head hunger. I'm less t han 2 weeks out, but I can't say it's bothered me much. I do want something to crunch when I'm stressed, but I just grab a popscile and crunch it down. I eat at the table with the family, their food doesn't bother me. Even went to my fave sushi restaurant, all I had was clear broth. Didn't bother me. Good, but kinda weird at the same time. Screws with my head in a whole other way. LOL

yeah...what she said....you will eat because you are supose to...just like you drink now...less than 100 hours till fulls...its in the bag!!!!

Less than 48 hours! That means I have only 20 oz more of those damned Isopure drinks I have to choke down (Monday). I never thought I'd be EXCITED for a shake in my life. LOL. I figure I'll go slow, have a shake and maybe a little blended cottage cheese for bfast, blended soup for lunch, shake for a snack, and for dinner... hmmm... depends on how the cheese and soup went I guess. I would KILL for some Wendy's Chili though. As I understand it, I can whirl that up.

Good morning folks!!  I hope you are all having wonderful 4th of July weekends...I know I am.  Think I'll go for fish tonight for dinner to lighten up the work my intestines has to do for the last few days.

LastNightDinner:  Porks Ribs; Cauliflower cheese somethng or other
LastNightSnack:  Sleep lol

B:  3oz Pork Ribs; 2 oz Cauliflower Chese thing
S:  2 Cups Coffee; 4 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2; SF English Toffee Syrup
L:  4.5oz Rib Eye
S:  2oz Rib Eye; Margarita (1.5oz Tequila; 4oz SF Margarita Mix; Lime Juice)
D:  4oz Mahi Mahi

Water:  10 cups and counting
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Open to what the day has to offer
