Great news, the carb monster is not gone yet but is back in its cage...yeah!!!
I am headed to the gym soon for a few minutes of stair time and a bunch of elliptical jogging....then I am going to hang out at the pool for a while....then on to a friendly night of Keno...FUN FUN!!!!
The hard part is today I am reducing my cals and carbs....thats a little bit of a problem at a KENO party....will be packing my carrots, dip, and protien coco and determination!!!
B: Protein shake with coffee -- added hazelnut coffee mate ---waste of 70 cals and 10 carbs
