1 year, 100 lbs gone!
I also did not know you had done all of that work pre-op! That is such a great accomplishment! You have got this IN THE BAG, girl!! This too shall pass, and you will be out jumping around feeling good!! I just know it!
I'm glad you took the day "off" to celebrate your accomplishments! It's only gonna get better!

P.S.- You need to get your century card and display it proudly!
What an amazing year you've had! Congrats for all of your hard work and battles won that have led to your losing over 100 lbs. That is truly amazing.
What a wonderful decision you made to dedicate yourself to improving your health. Your future self will never be able to thank you enough.
I also experienced some uncertainty about my decision for the sleeve for the first few weeks. Hang in there, chicky, the worst is quickly moving behind you. After the first 6 weeks or so, I was confident the sleeve was the best thing I've ever done for myself and I feel this even moreso today.
Here's to your hard work, dedication, and another amazing year to come!

congrats girl! hey I just wanted to say that I am 5 months out and only now starting to appreciate the sleeve. I also felt all along that perhaps I made a mistake... specially cause I also found about the beauty of eating lots of protein before surgery and thought I could maybe do it myself, carb-free.
but the truth is now I know I would never lose weight this easily without the surgery, and most of all - keep it off... I am almost becoming one of those who say... I (L) my sleeve ;) I feel I might say it very soon. it's so liberating not to be starving all the time!
