It's the day BEFORE my long 4 day weekend and I can't wait.  I have a million things PLANNED on Friday, but nothing the rest of the weekend lol.  I see my pool in my future.

LND:  3.5oz Chicken Breast; Bell Peppers/Onions; Soy Sauce
LNS:  Way to many mixed nuts

B:  Almond Milk; Coffee
S:  1 1/2 Scrambled Eggs
L:  Trader Joes Chicken Burger
S:  Salad w/cheese
D:  Out to dinner (taking a look at menu now)
S:  N/A

Water:  8 cups and counting
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  1 mile walk @ lunch

L:  Turkey bacon with scrambled egg
S:  Blueberries with bran buds
D:  Low carb taco
S:  Dont know yet

Water:  4 cups so far, been a busy day
Vitamins:  Yup
Exercise:  An hour walk

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

All i did was bbq some haddock on the bbq with onions and some becel.

L - 1/2 c. Chicken w/Pizza Sauce & Parm cheese
S - Cuke Slices & SF FF Raspberry Vin. dressing
D - 3 oz Steak, Steamed Broccoli
S - SF Choc. Pudding cup

Vits - on Target
Water - 48 oz down - 32 to go
Exercise - 1 hour walking

B- 1/2 Greek Omelet with 1/2 piece of whole wheat toast
S- Syntrax protein drink
L- small cup chicken barley soup
S- shrimp and oysters at happy hour with 1 dirty martini
D- probably brat with saurktraut and no bun

may have 1-2 glasses of wine tonight and early to bed

I have been slacking on my water but am doing MUCH better on vitamins and protein drinks

The kids made brownies........bad news is they are gone and I helped eat them...good news there is no more brownie mix in the house and there won't be any for a very long time!!!

B: 2 Brownies
S: babybel
L: protien shake
S: baby carrots, grape tomatos, salami, ranch dip
S: pork skins
D: chicken potpie w/o the crust
S: carbmaster yogurt and berries

Water: 32 oz and sipping through a straw to get more in
Vitamins:  opps...gonna take them NOW...how could I forget?
Exercize:  does not look like it
