So this week I have been WORKING on me (which means another long post is coming) and in that removing most processed foods, especially those containing sugar, from my "diet."  I just want to say that using the word diet is not "being on a diet" it is simply the word I use for my diet of what I'm eating.  Right now I'm REMEMBERING why I did this in the first place.  I'm ACKNOWLEDGING that I'm just NOT normal and that sugars even from fruits right NOW will halt my weight loss efforts...alas I'm preparing to part with my Oranges and my no sugar added applesauce.

LND: 3.5oz Chicken Breat; Grilled Bell Pepper
LNS:  1/2oz Smoked Gouda; 1oz Mixed Nuts

B:  1 cup Almond Milk
S:  2.8oz Tuna Cup
L:  1 cup Beef Curry
S:  N/A
D:  3-4oz Chicken; Grilled Bell Peppers
S:  Going for nothing

Water: 12 cups and I think I'm done, lol
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  30 minutes in the pool, 15 laps = .5 mile.  Not to shabby for me =)

I hear you on the diet issue - it's not a "diet" it's normal! Eating lifestyle maybe?

B: 3 str turkey bacon, 1 oz roasted potato wedges
S: 1/2c greek yogurt w 1oz raspberries & 10g granola crunchies
L: 2oz leftover bbq chicken w 10-15g ea chopped spinach, pepper, green onion, avo, grape tomato, carrot, pepper jack cheese, lt ranch dressing
S: protein shake (normal after workout snack)
D: Turkey Italian sausge, sauce, maybe some token veg mixed in
S: 1/2c protein infused pudding

Water - of course
Vitamins - ditto
Exercise - 1 hour weights or in the pool, depending on how crowded the pool is.

1st support group/seminar - 8/03 (has it been that long?)

LNS: some almonds, .5 oz monterey jack, a couple of olives

B: 5oz greek yogurt, baby food prunes
S: 1 oz beef jerky
L: same as last nights dinner
S: 1 oz beef jerky
D: ?

On track with vitamins and liquids

(TMI) I've been bouncing around 168 pounds for a couple of weeks now. I hope that after the GIANT **** I took when I got to work this morning, I'll have good new on the scale tomorrow morning!

     2oz tuna salad

S  coffee (mostly nonfat milk!)

L  3 oz chicken salad on Scandanavian crispbread

S  tall nonfat latte

D  chicken sausage w/ sauteed spinach and mushrooms

Vitamins yup

Ugh, period blahs.. so not feeling great.. and it's my 9th anniversary today, and I'm not sure if I want to go out for sashimi or not? Ugh, indecision and cramps..

S: 1 ounce of left over ribeye steak....yummy

L: 3 slices of genoa salami, 1 babybel, 25 cheez -its ---by counting then out and putting the box away I can live with them in the house the rest of the day

S: carbmaster yogurt, 10 black berries, 1 table spoon of grape nuts

S: 7 baby carrots, 4 grape tomatos, and 1 table spoon of ranch dip....and 2 chips a hoy ---putting them on the very top shelf was a great way to keep them away from me...until I had to climb a latter to get them for my daughter and the felt like i deserved something for the climb----booo!!!!

D: 2 or 3 short ribs, 1/2 cup of grilled okra

S: protein shake ...maybe


Vites: Yes
Water: ummm...3 cups...maybe I will skip dinner and just drink
Exercise: not feeling it today...maybe a little walking when the sun goes down
