I'm almost 5 months out and still have questions.....
I totally know how you feel. Because I too do everything by the book, work out, eat right and I'm not seeing the scale move as much and sometimes not all for weeks. But I can read some post on this forum where people don't exercise at all and lose major weight. I don't get it. Maybe the key isn't to exercise but not to exercise.... It seems the less you do, the more you lose. What's up with that. Others please chime in!
