One week post op

I have lost 9 lbs so far. Has anyone tried Special K Protein Shakes. How long before digesting becauses less annoying?

Yay! I'm one week out too. Yes, I have tried the Special K Protein shakes. I loved them pre-op and had one almost every day! I liked the chocolate the best. Tastes like thick choc milk. But the vanilla & strawberry are not bad. However, a few days ago, I tried one (post-op). I got it down, but it had a funky, metallic taste. Dunno if it was a one time thing, or if my tastes have just changed.

I'll prob try one again in the next few days or so, so who knows.
