So just to help keep me accountable I'll return to including Last Nights Dinner/Snack (which is usually what gets me).  Over all yesterday went very well.

LND:  5oz Steak
LNS:  3oz Tuna; 1 Tbsp Mayo

B:  1 Cup Almond Milk; Lindora Hot Cocoa
S:  1/2 Orange; 1oz Havarti
S:  1 Weigh****cher bar
L:  1 1/3 Cup Beef Curry
S:  N/A
D:  3.5oz Chicken Breast; Grilled Peppers & Onion
S:  ??

Water:  12 cups and counting
Vitamins:  Off track today (left at home)
Exercise:  N/A (forgot all my gym stuff)

B: greek yogurt & baby food prunes

L: same as last night's dinner

On track with my weak green tea & vitamins. Someday soon I'll start excersising again. Really.

S - 6 oz. Pureed Mango Shake
D - 6 oz. Steamed Clams, 2 oz. Spinach
S - 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
S - 1 oz. Cashews

Vitamins - 2 Gummy Vites, 1 B-12 sublingual, 2 Fiber Gummies
Exercise - 1 hour bike ride (weather permitting)

I went in to work this morning to get my work laptop and sign some forms....and yikes...there was a whloe box of cheez its in my desk....well I could not just leave them there....OH NO!!! on the bright side the bag of hot cheetos next to the cheez its had gone stale so they went in the trash...atleast I dodged one of the bullets.

S: cheez its  ( and when I went to put them up on a very high shelf...I discovered Little Debbie zebra cakes...this is turning into a house of horors today)

I just started taking a new med, and apparently it quells appetite, because I feel like I did the first year...

LND: shredded chicken and cheese

B: piece of cinnamon toast
S: protein coffee
L: deviled egg
S: 2 crackers, piece of cheese
D: ??

Water: not enough
Vitamins: yup
