I do some very light weights but I really have to start lifting more. Since I started in April I really notice a difference in definition so I know it's working. Would like to step it up a bit. Just gotta be careful I don't overdo it and end up hurt. My muscles and tendons can be very unforgiving!

Very impressive!! Wish I could make myself get up early to go exercise but I just cant get my lazy behind outta bed!! I need my beauty sleep! LOL!
Planning to walk 1 hour about 7:30 pm (3+miles). Hoping the temp drops a little below 100 before I start! Gotta love this Texas weather!
