B: Eas Protein RTD dark chocolate
L: small salad with ham and lite italian dressing
cup of cantelope and honey dew
S: cheese stick
D: Egg Face philly cheesesteak casserole
Water: Always with crystal light
Vitamins: yeppers
exercise: Aerobics and upper body!!!

I am not detoxed yet...but I have got the constant eating better under control....so I'll just keep at it...and try worry about detoxing next week...this week is just eating decently

L: potato soup...not best choice but it filled me up
S: 15 peanut M&Ms, about 5 sips of a soda, 3 handfuls of Movie popcorn...thanks to my dd most of it ended up on the floor rather than in my mouth...lol
D: chicken thigh, two bites of mac and cheese, colesaw
S: mini ice cream sanwich --this was the big slip of the day
S: watermellon
and I think I am going to have a small piece of cheese and some salami before bed...
Water: 7 cups and still drinking
Vites: still need my cal
Exercise: 5 minutes on the STAIR MASTER....wooohooo...and 25 on the elliptical

so.. hehehe i'm being crazy (as usual) & doing a detox w/liquids only this week .. want to test just How much my body's willing to cooperate & how fast it'll take the pounds off (at this stage of the game)..
Menu is way simple:
Green tea, coffee w/almond milk, chicken broth spiced up hot (with unjury chicken soup protein powder), hot cumin water, powerade zero, crystal lite.. alternate depending on my taste (sweet or spicy or savory)..
