HELP I have no idea what im suppose to eat!!!

I have the same Dr as you(Bellows) and was told only protein shakes, broth, sf jello, sf popsicles and water... nothing more
Vanessa told me same thing but i think it was for phase 2 after liquids

How long did they keep u on it? tHEY HAVE ME ON IT 3WEEKS, 2 DAYS. i ALSO HAVE TO LOSE14 MORE PDS. dID THEY TELL U THE SA ME?

Did you go to their nutritionist?
I wasnt told to lose any certain amount of weight but i have heard others say they were given a certain amount.
Vanessa told me to do a 3 week liquid diet but NUT said 2 weeks and when shiela called me to give me surgery date she gave me a date to start liquids which was just 2 weeks 2 days before. i questioned her about it but she insisted that she was right. I did start it a little earlier anyway

I was originally told by Vanessa 2 weeks and 2 days also. Well my surgery was pushed back a week, so I was just going to do the diet 2 weeks prior. Well I had to go see Vanessa last week and she jumped my a**, and said u need to lose 14 more pds. Then I wasn't sure what all I could eat, and Shelia threatened to push back my surgery if I hadn't already been on my liquid diet already( which I was). But now Shelia said ONLY PROTEIN SHAKES! No broth, sugar free Popsicle etc. I am really hungry, I was using those broths for snacks and the popsicles too! So I will do what I have to do. ! week and 6 days counting... Plz tell me u weren't hungry after the surgery!!! Leigh btw how much did u lose on ur liquid diet, and did Dr. Bellows say u had shrunk ur liver nicely? Thanks
