I think I need this and I NEED to remember that what I put on paper needs to be what I put in body.

B: pulled pork with scrambled egg and string cheese.  My husband made my breakfast, I know it sounds weird but it tasted great.

I have not snacked at all today, which is unusual for me.  I am just not hungry today, yesterday I was ravenous.  I am going with the flow and listening to my body.

B: 1 scrambled egg, 1/4 avocado, 2 slices tomato and a drizzle of olive oil.
S Coffee with cream and sugar
L: thin sliced roast beef with string cheese
S: Coffee with cream and sugar
D: Quinoa/Vegetable soup
S: Zone Perfect Chocolate Caramel Cluster bar

Water: 40 oz
Vitamins: forgot--gonna go take them now
Exercise: I did the food shopping while pushing one of those shopping carts with a little two passenger car attached to it with my two little boys in it while wearing wedge sandals. That counts, right?

L: 2.5 oz Beef Tri Tip Roast
S: 1.5 oz. Smoked Gouda Cheese
D: 2.5 Beef Tri Tip Roast/ 1/2 roma tomato
S:  ??

Water: 40 oz
Vits: taken
Exercise: ran after my 2,3,&4year old grandkids all day..

I KNOW I need it. I have been stuffing myself with PURE JUNK...and the next few days I am going to detox from processed carbs....I am not going to worry about cals or protein, fat, and carb ratios...I am going to eat every hour or two...what ever it takes to get the cheez-its out of my system....I am logging my food in the morning for the whole day and I am adding more healthy food to my plan than I will be able to eat. Rather than thinking about the things I can't have I am going to concentrate on eating "everything" on my list and if I eat it all...and still want the junk...then I'll let myself have it...but only if I have eaten EVERY bite of the good food...(.hopefully there will not be enough room)...and hopefully in a few days I will be ready to face the calories and ratios again....THAT'S my plan.
