OT Arnica Gel

Has anyone used this stuff for soreness, arthritis or bruising? I kept hearing about it and since I have had hand trauma lately I just got some and smeared it on. Wonder if anybody else has had any luck with the stuff. Diane

No arnica experience here, but on a PS board I'm on several swear taking the tablets prior to a procedure keeps bruising down..

My neighbor has her degree is homeopathy and has a practice, and she swears by the stuff!

VSG on 04/07/11

I know people in Mexico use it quite regularly for bruising, and maybe burns? but I remember it being creme- probably doesn't matter. Let us know if it works for ya!
