Bought MHP 30 gram pudding not bad
Hello
I bought the 30 gram protein pudding by MHP.I was so excited to find this in the Vitamin shop. It's not bad but pricey. You get 6- 8 oz cans for $21.These cans replace a meal. They have 190 calories but no sugar or sugar alcohol. It helped me so much as far as getting the protein in,and you can bring them anywhere.Very filling.Just thought I would share.

Looks interesting, didn't see "collagen" or anything scary looking in the ingredients, look like it uses mostly milk and soy protein isolate (had to google to find the nutritional info).
It does look a little on the expensive side, but I'm paying about 1.25 per 20 grams of protein in either liquid or bar form...a little more for variety doesn't sound like a bad tradeoff.
Anyone else tried this...whenever I see "not bad" I get worried lol.
Thanks for the info.

I'm not a health/fitness expert but I think protein in collagen form (like protein shots) does not get absorbed as well as whey, milk, or soy protein isolates. Basically I look at the ingredients and if I see the words isolate with anything ending in "agen" in the ingredients I usually assume it's pretty good.
I did read that soy protein isn't absorbed as well as whey, but the mixture of milk and soy protein isolates looks interesting...I'm already downing at least 100 grams of whey isolate supplements a day, anything I can do to add a little variety sounds great to me.
Thanks again for the link, I might have to try out a pack of this stuff.
