Haha, you mentioned earlier about wishing you'd been discharged with anxiety meds, and I actually was! My doctor puts you on Lexapro or Celexa about a month before surgery to help with all the crazy moods people talk about. The other day I realized I hadn't taken mine in a week and that explained all the random crying I was doing. It definitely helps me out!

That being said, I was the same way. Liquids go right through you, and even some mushy foods went straight through me. Now I can eat things like pudding and fruit and crackers ****asional indulgence) and not feel full until I've eaten more than I thought I could. I was worried and started making sure I portioned everything out and stopped when it was gone instead of looking to be full, which is good advice anyway.

Last night though I had shrimp. Just plain shrimp. I was full 4 shrimp in. It is amazing how much actual protein fills your belly.
