On to "full liquids"
I've been cleared to start full liquids. This includes some greek yogurt and pudding.
When "eating" things like yogurt and pudding, does that qualify as food, and do I need to wait 30 minutes before drinking?
I had about two teaspoons of pudding (omg did I die and go to heaven) but now I feel some pressure/discomfort, which for now, i'm interpreting as i'm pretty full, so I'm not in a hurry to drink, but I'mjust curious if this is one of the times im supposed to wait before drinking.

I treated anything I ate off a plate or bowl as food and followed the 15/30 rule. I know you'll only be eating a tiny bit at first but still wait to eat until 15 minutes after your last swallow of water and wait 30 minutes after your last bite of food to drink again. You'll want anything you eat to stay in your stomach for as long as possible. And, you're learning new life time eating habits. Might as well start now.
