Frisco?? or anyone with input?
I buy it in little rounds at Costco, about 4 inches round and about 4 inches high, two rounds per pkg. I slice off a half-inch piece, fry it in butter, put some SF syrup on it and a little fresh fruit, and it tastes JUST like french toast. I got the idea from WasABubbleButt. I was skeptical at first, I thought it would melt all over, but it doesn't. (It will soften if you leave it in too long. Use medium-high heat and cook quickly on both sides.)
I weigh it before cooking, count the butter and the syrup (even tho it's SF it has SOME calories), and it makes a low-carb weekend breakfast treat. Enjoy!
BTW, it does crumble a bit when you slice it, I keep the crumbles and add them to other stuff. I use a serrated bread knive to slice. The only thing I use my bread knife for these days, LOL!

this is a very versatile cheese....can be used savory or sweet....a bit salty/tangy...used a lot in Mexican cooking...like stated earlier it will soften,,,but not really melt....i crumble it in veggie sautes...or in fresh or wilted salads...warm spinach and bacon comes to mind.....with eggs and avocados....ideas are limited to your creativity...just is not good for dips...or for melting purposes have fun...experiment with it....remember...once opened it will not last too long....like a couple weeks or so Good luck! Sometimes I eat it out of the pack ha ha! ...am i bad?
I'm all ears......
No experience with the stuff.....but it's been on my radar....
