100 Calorie Healthy Turkey & Black Bean Chili Recipe w/PIC!!!
This morning I made this healthy turkey chili recipe. It turned out so great I wanted to share it with you all. It's 100 cals per serving of 1/2 cup, 2 grams of fat, 17 g of "slow carbs" from the black beans and 8 g protein. Took only 15 minutes to make.

Here's the recipe & directions:
1 package Butterball 93/7 Ground Turkey (16 oz)
1 medium white onion-chopped
1 10 oz can Ro-tel Mexican Lime & Cilantro Diced Tomatoes
1 10 oz can Mexican Style Tomatoes with Diced Green Chilies
1 10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup w/water
2 15 oz cans Bush's Black Beans, Reduced Sodium
1 package McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning
In your stock pot, brown ground turkey...drain
add onion and saute
add in cooked ground turkey to cooked onions
add in chili seasoning & stir
add in cans of mexican tomatoes & stir
add in tomato soup & 1 can water & stir
drain & rinse 2 cans black beans-add into pot & stir
simmer 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
