L:  Mixed Greens salad with 2 oz grilled salmon and vinegrette
S:  Wonderslim Protein Bar
D:  2oz beef slider-no bun, a few asparagus

Lots of water and Iced Coffee, plus all my vitamins

LND: 2 Buffalo chicken meatballs with LF blue cheese dressing
LNS: dark chocolate square, 2 SF popsicles

B: slice of bacon (at a diner, not many choices as eggs are currently a no no )
S: fruit smoothie (skim milk, yogurt , raspberries, blueberries, banana) added some strawberry unjury to mine, split with the kiddos.
L: 2 chick meatballs from last night, 2 fresh mozz balls with marinate
S: na
D: portabello pizza, used  the mushroom for the "crust" added turkey pepperoni, goat cheese, red peppers, onions, etc.  ate 1/2 and the other 1/2 a couple hours later
S: protein pudding

W: around 64

I have stalled out the last two months, so this week I decided to kick it in high gear to see if I can lose anymore weight.

B: protein shake
L: protein shake, 3 bites of baked beans
D: chicken breast, cucumber and onion salad

Water: didn't do so hot with this and had a severe headache come on...relieved with tea
Vitamins: yes
Exercise: back to the C25k, loaded my ipod with some great songs so I don't feel the pain
Attitude: motivated to lose
