Hey guys and gals.  I won't be here after tomorrow because I will be in Palm Springs with the guys...send good eating vibes my way, lol.

B:  Coffee w/WW snack bar
S:  Starbucks Mocha Light Frap (damn I just realized I could have added protein)
L:  4oz Salmon; Cucumber Slics in Vinegar
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  Almost 2 Quarts
Vitamins:  N/A
Movement:  2,000 steps; Zumba class tonight
Attitude:  Ready for my weekend...

Exercise: 1 hour of personal training/weight lifting this morning

meh...too hot to eat. and my building can't seem to regulate the temp. bleck.

B: yogurt w. blackberries
S/L1: iced coffee w. protein powder mixed in
S/L2: another yogurt? another protein shake? idk. all I know is I don't want the meatballs I brought.
D: maybe some sushi?

movement - walking parking lot at work 1 and will do it again in about 30mins

B: completely busy this morning and forgot my regular shake, so ate 2/3 of pure protein bar

L: was surprised with an early bday "party" at work potluck style. Was a bit awkward but I had some spinach/cheese from spinach lasagna, cabbage/shrimp from egg roll, small piece of turkey breast, few black beans and one spoon scoop of fat free frozen yogurt. Had angels but it was full of sugar
Just took a pic of it and enjoyed others eating it lol

D: have no idea but going out with bf. Maybe fish

Went to support group last night and I was one of the only two sleevers there.  Why does everyone seem to go for RNY?
