L: was surprised with an early bday "party" at work potluck style. Was a bit awkward but I had some spinach/cheese from spinach lasagna, cabbage/shrimp from egg roll, small piece of turkey breast, few black beans and one spoon scoop of fat free frozen yogurt. Had angels but it was full of sugar
