I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
"People spend a lifetime searching for happiness; looking for peace. They chase idle dreams, addictions, religions, even other people, hoping to fill the emptiness that plagues them. The irony is the only place they ever needed to search was within."   - Ramona L. Anderson

First off I'm going to make a list of some of the things you all are eating because some of the items are things I hadnt thought of!

I keep a pretty boring list compared to some of you but it fits our lifestyle since we live on a farm and I have a husband who hunts and fishes. Also I grow a lot of our produce.

Several varieties of fish (trout, black bass, striped bass, sturgeon, cat fish for fresh water and talapia, whiting, shellfish, shrimp, squid)
chicken
Beef steaks (NY, rib eye)
Eggs by the ton (chickens are very active this year)
Rabbit
cheese sticks
hard cheese
cukes
tomatoes
Basil
salad
Beef Jerkey
Tuna
Salmon (home canned)
EAS Low Carb shakes  for when I don't have time for a meal or think I may be gone longer than I expect)
SF flavorings
Decaf tea bags for the gallons of tea I drink weekly
Coffee both decaf and reg
pork rinds
SF popsicles
blue sweetner
Fage yogurt O fat
SF jam

I also keep in my purse or the car console: EAS Low Carb shake or two, beef jerkey, 100 cal almond packs, bottled water, crystal light individuals, Tuna lunch kits.

Other than my breakfast and lunch my dinners are whatever I make for my family.  I tried not to change things up too much for them.   If I make pasta for instance I don't eat the pasta but I will eat some of the marinara however I put it over a couple of meat balls or a couple of mozzerella balls. I don't think its fair to make my family change their way of eating just because I am. Specially if they don't have weight issues.

My fridge can vary, but it will ALWAYS have:

liters and liters of Smar****er
unsweetened almond milk
some version of homemade chicken salad (usually one of Sublimate's recipes, but I recently was brave to branch out on my own and try one w. avocado, greek yogurt and jicama. YUM!)
deli ham and light swiss
Gardein "chicken" nuggets and buffalo "wings"

Yep. Slim pickins. There's also usually 3-4 different protein powders in the pantry. and at least 1 or 2 boxes of Oh Yeah Protein Wafers (Peanut Butter Cup flavor only!).
