 I am a food hoarder.
But I'll try to keep this to wls-friendly stuff

nowadays, loving tassimo cappuccino.  But otherwise, coffee, coffee, coffee
ff half and half
blue sweetener
100 cal pack almonds (sometimes cocoa roast)
dried fruit (for oatmeal, for keeping with me)
genoa salami
fresh mozzarella
tomatoes of some kind (if it's not summer, then roma or grape tomatoes)
fresh herbs
lunchmeat
frozen chicken breasts
sauerkraut
smoked sausage/brats
meatballs
salsa
whole wheat pastas
steak
canned veggies
black beans

I also try to keep around guacamole.  I cook, so it varies a lot.  I make black bean and corn salsa with cilantro often, loving pesto on anything in the summer.  I'm always down for anything with mustard, or anything grilled.

I unfortunately don't have too much around,  very boring food...........but it keeps me from going searching for things I shouldn't be eating...

eggs
string cheese
turkey pepperoni
sf jello
reduced fat sliced cheese (colby jack, swiss, cheddar)
tuna (mixed with small amount of creamy garlic salad dressing)
arizona diet green tea w/ginseng (love this) zero carbs & calories
cooked chicken
cooked beef

I also have either, almonds, roasted peanuts or dried plums everyday to keep things moving along and it really helps. LOL....  =o)

String cheese
Peanut butter
SF General Foods International Coffee (to either drink or put a spoonful in protein drinks)
Splenda
SF syrup
Protein bars
Protein powder
Morningstar Farms products (mainly their Grillers Prime burgers and maple breakfast patties)
Crackers
Laughing Cow chese
Eggs
Deli meat
Yoplait Light or Greek yogurt
Whole wheat bread (sometimes I just gotta have a piece of buttered toast or peanut butter toast)

I do admit I rely heavily on the Morningstar products because they tend to have the most protein and I try to come up with different toppings to keep from getting bored with them.  It's easy, convenient, and the portions are the right size, and they really really help me get my protein up wihout costing me a bunch of calories.

I eat everything, but salad with cooked chicken is a staple. I don't feel like I'm on a diet I just eat small quanities, protein first and the weight is coming off.
