It's HUMPDAY and I'm chilling here at work.  Can't wait to be off Friday and head to Palm Springs with the girls...good times, good friends!!

LND:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh
LNS:  1 cup Almond Breeze
LNS:  1 cup Vegetable Soup

B:  1/2 cup Oatmeal; Boiled Egg
S:  1 cup Almond Breeze; Coffee
S:  String Cheese
L:  3/4 cup Curry Chicken
S:  Peach
D:  Either Chili or Fish & Veggie
S:  ??

Water:  1 quart
Movement:  2,500 steps
Vitamins:  CHECK
Attitude:  The word for today...Delightful

Ha! I asked this about a week ago.. Last nights dinner/snack.


LND- Chick salad southwestern style with cilantro and spicy stuff

B- plain kefir and a strawberry whizzed up
L- more chick salad
D-?? maybe pan seared scallops or flounder.. both in the freezer..

Snacks/protein stuff.. hooked on Whey Up, caffeine & protein!

Hello sexy! I wonder if Palm Springs in ready? LOL. Little diva Caitie gets her tonsils and adenoids out Friday, so this weekend is all about her..

LNS- 98% ff hot dog roasted in the fire pit

B: egg & cheese, low carb wrap
S: ham
L: ham and cheese, low carb wrap

D: ?? Eta: dream fields pasta carbonara

Water: 24 oz so far- gotta get drinking eta: ended up w 70 ounces
Vites: with lunch
Exercise: 3 miles in the gym
Attitude: overwhelmed...

B:  Mint Protein Powder in my coffee
L:  1 oz grilled salmon over salad greens
D: Morningstar Tomato and Mozzerella Veggie Burger (probably half)
S: not sure yet, I've been having 3 prunes every day so that may be my snack tonight.

Lots of water and blac****d decaf through the day, it's 95 degrees here today!
