Mmmmm! Raspberry Cheesecake......

Cottage Cheese!! I'm sure that I am way behind on this idea but yesterday as something different I added SF Cheesecake pudding powder (1 1/2tsp) to my cottage cheese then drizzled SF Raspberry Syrup on top. YUMMY!! It was a little dry so I added a tbsp of milk to it but it was GREAT! I'm a sweet eater, always have been and always will be so I'm hoping this will help fill that void. Last night I added SF Chocolate pudding powder and drizzled with SF Almond Roca syrup. It was ok but I'm thinking I like the plain chocolate better. Tonight I'm going to try the cheesecake with SF Pumpkin Pie syrup just for grins. I know I've see posts about adding the SF Pudding to greek yogurt but I just cannot do the greek yogurt, no matter what I add to it. I just dont like it!! Anyway, just thought I would share a great protein/sweet treat with my OH family. As Nik (BariatricFoodie.blogspot.com) would say, play with your food people!!

PS Sorry no picts to share 1) I cannot find my camera (UGH!) 2) I gobbled it up to fast!

Sounds very yummy, and GREAT imagination!  I have one question, did you process the cottage cheese to change the texture, or leave the curds as they are?  I would like to eat more cottage cheese, but haven't found a way to make it so I really enjoy eating it....Thanks!  Viv

I just left the curds the way they are. They do mash up a little with the stirring but not much. I love cottage cheese but get a little tired of eating it plan with a sprinkle of splenda. This was way better than my plain old cottage cheese!! Hope you like it!

Yum! That sounds good too! I wonder it you could add some cottage cheese to give it a protein punch! I may have to see what I can come up with. I thought about sprinkling some graham cracker crumbs on top of mine but I didnt have any. I LOVE graham cracker crust!!

YUM - I haven't tried it with cottage cheese, which I love!
I mix, 1C. Skim Milk with the SF Cheesecake pudding mix, then add & 3/4C. plain greek yogurt. SO good too - plus you get some protein (I top it with SF strawberry jello mixed with SF strawberry jam).
