4.5 months out:

breakfast:  1 super fortified protein shake (46 grams protein), then, in 30 minutes, 1 scrambled egg and 1 slice bacon
snack:  1 string cheese
lunch: 2 shrimp and 2 oz tuna fish salad/2 tbsp cooked poblano chilis with melted cheese on them
dinner:  another 2 oz tuna salad

exercise:  20 minutes treadmill/turned speed up 0.1 mph today
vits:  many and take them all
water:  will easily reach over 90 ounces today, I am really thirsty today/water is only thing I drink these days, which is about the biggest dietary change I have gone thru!  (Used to guzzle gallons of ice cold milk every day---and was a coke addict too for years.)
attitude:  feeling great, obeying my master---"THE SLEEVE", staying on program, continuing to benefit from all the encouragement on here.

Here is what I am having!

B: 4oz Banana Yogurt (Greek yogurt, splenda, and a little mashed banana)
S: Hard boiled egg
L: 3oz Healthy Ones Roasted Turkey and 1 Weigh****chers string cheese
S: Coffee made with 4oz Almond Milk and some SF Da Vinci syrup
D: Crustless Pizza: 2 oz ground beef seasoned with Italian seasonings.
                             1/4oz each - onion, bell pepper, black olives, and mushrooms.
                             3 Tablespoons pizza sauce
                             1/2 oz mozzerella cheese
                             1/4 oz banana pepper
S: 3 oz grilled chicken breast

Water: 8-9 cups
Vitamins: You bet!
Exercise: Haven't started that yet
Attitude: Happy and satisfied!

I posted this thread this morning, but no one responded on it so I'll post on here too!

Today I started my 10 day pre op diet (4 days soft foods, 4 days full liquids, 2 days clear liquids) and I am SO excited, I could hardly sleep last night!! Woke up (on my own) an hour early this morning, so I weighed myself, took down all of my measurements, and took a few "before" photos!
I am going to focus today on taking small bites, lots of chewing, and no drinking while eating.
Hope everyone has a fantastic Friday!  

Day 1: Soft foods  

Early: 8 oz. 2% milk ½ serving Nectar Cappuccino Protein  

Breakfast: ½ cup pineapple tidbits in 100% juice  

Lunch: Chicken salad made with 1 tbsp mayo 2 servings Green Giant Healthy Weight veggie mix...minus carrots, SO GOOD!!!!  

Snack: 1 Sargento string cheese stick  

Supper: 1 tilapia filet coated with 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, and 1 tbsp country crock butter (with calcium), and seasonings ½ large squash (sliced in half and hollowed) stuffed with 1 egg white, ¼ yellow onion, and some cheddar cheese  

According to my SparksPeople app (today is my first day using, but loving it so far): Calories: 1168
Carbs: 70g
Protein: 103g

D: Spinach salad with Blue Cheese
S: 2 (yes, two) sf fudgsicles
S: Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt

Yes, I had two snacks after dinner and it's only 8:15! I'm stuffed, though and been drinking lots of Mio Strawberry Watermelon. I'm at like 750 calories and 75g of protein. Pretty crazy!

coffee again with a scoop of protein powder and some heavy whipped cream
2 scrambled eggs with 2 TBL peanut butter (oddly good but rich and filling)
proats (1/4 c. oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, sf jello pudding powder, splenda, whipped cream- can't wait to eat these but I'm still full from the eggs!! this is my very favorite meal)
4 Doritos and two bites of a burrito (I'm a poet and didn't know it :~) )

exercise: 20 min jogging
vits: yep, just now
attitude: feeling gooooood...and full haha
