LND: amazing piece of pizza
B: cup of coffee, some half and half
L: Roast beef (maybe 2 oz., 3?) w/ horseradish, couple green beans, couple bites ambrosia
S: 1 taffy cookie, maybe a latte later
D: Going to an Italian restaurant, eek. Pasta doesn't sit well with me. Thinking goat cheese salad, or panzanella (bread salad) or chicken caesar. Then going with my date to see It Happened One Night at the art museum theater. Love that movie, but never seen it on the big screen!
Attitude today: Very introspective. Sometimes I hate that. I worry sometimes that I've led a very sheltered, naive, and happy life. I'm quite happy about that, usually. But it makes "real" world a sad place to be. I almost....want to remain sheltered?! Sorry for being so cryptic, but I wanted to get that off my chest

LNS: the kitchen sink (ok, not really, but I was "starving" so I had 1 oz almonds AND 1.3 oz soy crisps AND 1 oh yeah protein wafer. UGH. So bad...).

L: salad greens w. 1.5 oz grilled chicken
S: yogurt w. 1/4 cup blackberries
D: shrimp and avocado salad
S: NONE. MUST BEHAVE TONIGHT.
water: doing well. 64oz so far.
vites: on track.
