Well tomorrow I have a follow up with my plastic surgeon (dreading as I've gained weight), then it's mani/pedi and hair time =).  Saturday my girl and I are going horseback riding and then some summer hat/dress shopping for next weekend.

LND: ham rolls with lowfat veggie cream cheese
LNS: string cheese, greek yogurt

B1: 1/2 C. cottage cheese
B2: protein decaf coffee with skim milk
S: babybel light
L: tuna salad
S: greek yogurt with low sugar strawberry jam
D: turkey smoked sausage
S: sf popsicle

L: ham/turkey/cheese roll up
S: hard boiled egg
D: chopped salmon salad
S: protein bar
-8lbs lost during the 6 month insurance hoop jumping,
the rest is since surgery.

 LND:  amazing piece of pizza

B:  cup of coffee, some half and half
L:  Roast beef (maybe 2 oz., 3?) w/ horseradish, couple green beans, couple bites ambrosia
S:  1 taffy cookie, maybe a latte later
D:  Going to an Italian restaurant, eek.  Pasta doesn't sit well with me.  Thinking goat cheese salad, or panzanella (bread salad) or chicken caesar.  Then going with my date to see It Happened One Night at the art museum theater.  Love that movie, but never seen it on the big screen!

Attitude today:  Very introspective.  Sometimes I hate that.  I worry sometimes that I've led a very sheltered, naive, and happy life.  I'm quite happy about that, usually.  But it makes "real" world a sad place to be.  I almost....want to remain sheltered?!  Sorry for being so cryptic, but I wanted to get that off my chest

LND: shrimp and avocado salad
LNS: the kitchen sink (ok, not really, but I was "starving" so I had 1 oz almonds AND 1.3 oz soy crisps AND 1 oh yeah protein wafer. UGH. So bad...).

B: protein shake
S: none
L: salad greens w. 1.5 oz grilled chicken
S: yogurt w. 1/4 cup blackberries
D: shrimp and avocado salad
S: NONE. MUST BEHAVE TONIGHT.

water: doing well. 64oz so far.
vites: on track.
exercise: some extra walking to atone for last night's snacking.


HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.

S: Turkey Jerky
L: Tilapia some snap peas
S: Supreme Protein Bar - Rocky Road Brownie (my favorite!)
D: (most likely - Turkey breast wrapped w/Cheese and some watermelon)

Water: Still going at my desk!
Exercise: none today
Vitamins: just now!
Attitude: I love my sleeve!!!!
