 Well this is my LAST workday for the week...yeah me!!

LND:  Shrimp ****tail; Greens
LNS:  Nada (so proud of that one)

B:  Scrambled egg; String Cheese; 1/2 Apple
S:  1/2 Apple
L:  1.5 Grilled Chicken Thighs
S:  Lemon
S:  Apple
D:  3 oz Grilled Chicken Breast; 3 oz Aloo Gobi
S:  3 oz Aloo Gobi

Water:  4 quarts
Exercise:  12,000 steps thus far; 7pm Zumba
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Attitude:  Grateful

LND:  2 oz chicken with some sauerkraut and a tiny bit of mustard
LNS: Low carb Cream cheesecake muffin

B:  string cheese
S:  Premier protein chocolate shake
L:  2 oz steak, mushrooms and homemade low carb bbq sauce with 1 oz broccoli
S:  all bran buds with some strawberries and raspberries
D:  same as lunch :-D
S:  premier protein chocolate shake

Water:  5 cups so far
Exercise:  30 mins now 30 mins tonight (hopefully)
Vitamins:  Yes!
Attitude: Sleepy, thunder and lightning storm kept me awake last night!

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

LNS- cheese stick, needed more protein..

B- kefir with a couple strawberries
L- roast beef & cheese
D- shrimp, feta & tomato bake

Snak- protein shake of some sort..

Attitude: trying to get motivated to tackle projects

So what is on the weekend agenda? I am irritated as all get out today.. and the weekend is looking stressful too.. Gonna have to take a loooong sit in the sauna after my run today!

B: breakfast wrap (egg, cheese, peppers)
S: n/a
L: taco meat and cheese
S: n/a
D: fajitas, rice and beans

Water: 32 ozs so far, with at least another 20 coming at the gym
Vites: right now!
Exercise: hitting the gym at 4pm and not leaving till I do 3 miles and 2 sets on the gravitron thingy..

 I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
