Well I made it PAST the weekend without to much damage!!

LND:  Meatballs & Zucchini
LNS:  Sunflower seeds

B:  Carb Master Yogurt; 1/2 Protein Bar
S:  Boiled Egg
L:  4oz Meatballs; 1/2 cup Zucchini
S:  1/2 grilled Chicken Thigh
S:  1/2 Protein Bar
S:  1/2 cup Coleslaw
D:  3/4 cup Curry Chicken; Salad
S:  ??

Water:  4 Quarts and counting
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  Goal 10,000 Steps (9,700); includes 1.5 mile walk
Attitude:  Doing good

So far a very small peice of left off bbq burger :) no bread
plastic spoon full of potatoe salad and spoon full of baked beans
 
the rest of the day just protien shakes and water...

Not sure what the LND and LNS means but

b: 1/4 cup of Oatmeal with a 1 tsp brown sugar and cinnamon
l: 1/2 cup chicken noodle soup
s: banana
d: ?
s:?

Water goal: 2 liters (on 32oz)
Vitamins: will take in a few
Exercise: Boot Camp at the YMCA 45 minutes Line Dancing at the Y 60mintes
Attitude: Could be better!

L:  Buffalo Chicken Salad (1/2 portion)

Water:  48oz. so far -- 96 is goal.
Vitamins:  Right after lunch
Exercise:  3 miles on eliptical machine tonight and 100 crunches
Attitude:  Motivated (Thanks Fay!)

LNS: protein wafer

L: Mexican chicken salad

D: shrimp and avocado salad

water: a bit behind. Only 40 oz so far.
vites: doing well
exercise: walking in the heat, bleck.
attitude: overwhelmed.

L - chicken fajitas, without tortillas but with the guac and sour cream
S - non-fat latte

S - been on a jell-o craze (go figure)
