D: roasted chicken, baked potato

Water: 55 oz so far
Vites: yuppers
Exercise: 3 miles and 2 sets of pull ups/ dips
Attitude: smiling and sweating! It is freaking HOT!

I can't believe it's Wednesday already!!!!!  Got myself back on track as of yesterday.  Memorial weekend was rough.  I couldn't lay off the Lays sour cream and onion chips.  They have an addictive quality. We had one bag leftover from the BBQ.  I dumped it out in the yard.  The deer ate it.  I think I went crazy over them because I was feeling deprived.  We went to a big BBQ,  the BBQ spread was crazy delicious looking.  But, the only gluten free safe foods I could eat were the potato chips, grilled steak, and corn on the cob.  Everything else had some type of wheat ingredient like MSG, Worsestershire sauce, and caramel color.  So, I went crazy with the chips because I felt deprived.....It's the wrong way to think! 

B-coffee

B- 5 ounces of Fage yogurt

L-2 ounces of chicken  with 1/4 cup refried beans

S- protein coffee

D- 4 ounces grilled ribeye steak

S- 1/2 cup of green beans

Thank you Ms Shell, Not only did they get chips, they got a smashed (I dropped it) watermelon.  Boy oh boy were they happy...so happy that they will be peering there addicted lil' faces in my window soon...Ha Ha

WOOHOO!  Good HOT day in East Tennessee!

S - handful of reduced fat cheese crackers

B: 1 egg omelet w/1 slice Canadian bacon & 3 T cheese w/salsa

S: Protein shake w/half banana, 2 T PB2 choc, 4 oz l/f milk, 4 oz water, 1 scoop vanilla protein

L: 3 1/2 oz grilled chicken breast topped with 2 T guacamole, 6 thin torttilla chips

S:  Protein shake w/decaf coffee, sweetner, s/f creamer, l/f milk & 1 scoop vanilla protein

D: ???

Water: 28 oz and still working on it
Movement:  Maybe alittle (it's my day off...still have shopping to do,will be walking soon enough)
Vitamins: On track

D- 1/2 C cream soup

and 40+ oz unsweetened beverages
