L:  Meatballs & Zucchini
S:  3 Oatmeal Raisin cookies; 1 Chocolate Chip cookie..
D:  ??

Water:  3 quarts and climbing
Movement:  7,000 steps and climbing
Vitamins:  On track
Attitude:  Thrilled

L 2 oz grilled burger, chopped with cumin, fresh cilantro, hot sauce, 2T salsa, and 1T greek yogurt!
D prob shrimp feta and tomato bake

Snak later: Virgin Bloody Mary protein drink

V8, salt, tabasco, horseradish, celery seeds, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and a couple scoops of unflavored nectar protein.. mix.. let sit, mix again so there's no lumps.. Fight the urge to add a shot of vodka, or not. :)

B: Protein shake (Chike Vanilla)
L: One bite of a burger and then 3 bites of the patty. I think it was 1/3 lb of meat.


Tonight:

Some type of dense protein with veggies but I'm not quite sure what.

Water: on track
Vits: Done
Attitude:  Sometimes I think I am still fat, sometimes I think I am getting too skinny (in the face), sometimes I hate my arms, sometimes I am aggrivated that the scale isn't moving,  I've just decided that I'm too much of an asshole to myself and maybe I need to let it all go.

LNS: protein wafer

Today's food is a little off...I have lots of restriction despite being STARVING. Ugh.

B: protein shake
S: none
L: few bites of salad with grilled chicken
S: will attempt to eat yogurt w/ blackberries
D: shrimp and avocado salad?

water: doing well. 64oz so far.
vites: behind on calcium, ok on everything else.
exercise: more walking in this insane heat

HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.
