L: One bite of a burger and then 3 bites of the patty. I think it was 1/3 lb of meat.

Some type of dense protein with veggies but I'm not quite sure what.

Attitude: Sometimes I think I am still fat, sometimes I think I am getting too skinny (in the face), sometimes I hate my arms, sometimes I am aggrivated that the scale isn't moving, I've just decided that I'm too much of an asshole to myself and maybe I need to let it all go.
