Picked up some Paula Deen's "Hot" Hot Wing Sauce to Dr. up the chicken on the grill. Only 5 calories per teaspoon. Put some on the chicken tenders on the grill, had a little left over in the bowl, so, what the heck, poured it over all the chicken tenders when I took them off the grill.

I LOVE hot food, but boy, that was HOT! Where's my water????
Hot but very good!

I've not had Paula Deen's sauce but love hot wings too.   I was overjoyed the first time I was able to eat them out.  I had two!   Made me laugh cause that was my dinner and everyone laughed at me but it was GOOD!!!

I'll have to try some Paul Deen's now tho!!  Thanks.

I love Franks Red Hot wing sauce, Tapatios (like Tabasco), Louisiana Hot sauce.. Sriracha, any hot sauce that you can actually taste, that's not just pure HEAT!! I mixed wing sauce in with my broth when I was on the all liquids phase and it really satisfied something!

*my fridge is 70% condiment jars, pickles and olives..

I've always used Franks and love it, too!
I am glad my sleeve likes hot, spicy food, too!
