I haven't had any problems with avacados or the sandwich thins.  I haven't tried actual bread yet, but I haven't had a problem eating anything.  I haven't vomited one time.

I'm 10 months out and I have had bread here and there, but still don't tolerate it will.  It makes me superfull to an uncomfortable degree and I always regret it.  Sometimes I'll have a bite or two of toast and go "it's fine!" then a couple more bites in and I'm like "Whyyyyyyy" haha... so i eyeball it, and usually stay away ;)

However, my sleeve-sister got sleeved the same day as I did and she can eat a sandwich - 2 whole slices in a sitting!  So, I think everyone's different!

I'm a year out and I so rarely eat bread that I can't even recall when I had my first taste.   I don't eat soft bread and never eat more than half a slice either.   I just plain ole try to stay away from breat - period.   Same with Pasta (which makes me very sad!!) and potatos, and rice - oh yea - rice makes me barf!!

Avocado has been OK with me from the get go tho.
