Just a heads up - for those that are tired.  Try a liquid vitamin instead of your chewable.  Seems since our tummies are so small some medications dont have time to totally desolve and be absorbed as they move through our bodies.

Good tip. I might end up doing that. I haven't been back to any doc since I saw my surgeon at my 6 week post-op visit. I have some other stuff going on that I need to see my PCP for anyway.

Hmm, you think a liquid vitamin would really make that much of a difference? Maybe I'll try that eventually. I've just stuck with the Flinstones to this point lol

Heck Yea! I am up and about all the time! I don't sleep or sit anywhere near what I used to. I'm always going somewhere. Getting dressed to go out (even to Walmart) is fun now. I'm tanning and putting makeup on. I care way more about my apperance. I also love chasing my kiddos around and cleaning my house

Absolutely! I have more energy, ability, and desire to do things than I did before. Yesterday my family and I were walking around West Point taking pics, and even though I was in heels I was everywhere. Even climbing rocks to get pics under a waterfall. My hubby actually commented that I would NEVER have done that before- and that is a comment I hear a lot.. I am more energentic, but also slightly braver... It's awesome! Ha ha

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

Very early on I needed to use the B12 supplements that some had suggested. I was whipped. I took it for a short while and was back up to par. Rest when you need to...you are recovering still. Take your time.
Talk about having energy...I hardly recognize myself sometimes. As a matter of fact I am getting up early in the a.m to go work out....WHAT IS UP WITH THAT! HAHHA....this life is a beautiful thing.

Absolutely enjoying life and the extra energy!!  I am dressing up and going out where I would usually come home and watch tv.  My 9 year old dog is a little overwhelmed by how much I want to walk.  We are both firming up.
I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!
