I got sleeved last Monday..you will do great. I gained wt. Due to IV fluids but now further down. I have a new appreciation for V8!

I also still have hunger but quickly subsided with an amazingly small amount...Walk, walk after the procedure made me feel better.

Moving forward on a life goal is a wonderful thing-Good thoughts and prayers.

i have found that i do not like champion strawberry.  i have mixed fat free chicken broth with unjury chicken soup and its amazing.  i am going to try making jello with the unflavored mix and hope that turns out ok

Protein has to be your first priority and it is really not that difficult. Lots of posts worried me about taste issues.

I am going through a sampling of different products. I also already owned a good Oster blender...and everything tastes better with ice...hey and it is summer. The hospital gave me a sample of the Unjury tasteless protein powder as well as Unjury chicken soup mix-added some to a sugar-free pudding and it was fine.

I also have some pre-mixed protein shakes-like Atkins-cold in the refrigerator ready to go.

Try warm foods as well..broths, strained soups. Lowest cottage cheese is good..you will be amazed at how small a 2 oz serving is!
