Oh, I am ready for the weekend! The pool opens tomorrow! Woot! Also, today I ran a full minute (3x) at 7.2 on a 6 incline.. I wanna shout from the rooftops. I have bad hips since high school and could never run. At all. Anyways..

S: peanut butter on a graham craker
Dinner: ground beef and cheese sandwich

Vites: Dang, forgot- gonna take em right now!
Exercise: 3 miles on the treadmill, 6 incline, 28 mins 33 seconds.. 10 pull ups, 10 presses... gonna swim with the princesses later!

Whooo Hoooo...still no hunger. I peed on a keto stick and learned that I am in deep ketososis! I'm down another pound today!!!! Hallelujah
