L: Spirulina Smoothie w/ Almond Milk & Mango

D: You guess it...another protein Shake (not sure yet)  LOL

S: Leftover Butternut Squash soup

Water: 32 oz so far
Vits: Yes
Exercise: not much yet
Attitude: Tired today

 LND:  about half a McDonald's grilled chicken sandwich
LNS:  high calorie drink at my friends' birthday.  But it did give me enough liquid courage to sing "September" by Earth Wind and Fire!

B:  half breakfast burrito, sf soy latte
L:  chicken apple sausage link (as I type, actually)
D:  Mmm...can smell the brisket, mustard slaw, potato salad, baked beans
S:  maybe a bite off someone's strawberry shortcake

Feeling pretty tired today.  Luckily I'm almost done prepping dinner.  Having family over for Brisket sandwiches and all the fixins'.  I'll do it sans the bun, slaw, a bite of potato and a bite of beans.  Trying to remain upbeat as the days draw nearer to the one year anniversary of my granddad's death (May 30 last year)

It's prob going to be a Duh! moment for me, but what does LND & LNS mean?

B: kefir with a strawberry and 1/2 pk Truvia
L: hot & sour soup carryout w/tofu and an egg poached in it for more protein
D: made hummus for a party, but I'm planning on getting a rib or two in me!

Protein drink before party too!

Hey sweetie,  well all i've had today is coffee, water and chicken,  but i'm going out tonite and i know i'm gonna be bad,   Happy Memorial Day weekend,  its my one year surgiversary today and i like to think everyone is celebrating with me  lol  :o) jeani

breakfast: greek yogurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon
lunch: 4 grilled shrimps, 2 tbs of charro beans
dinner: 2.5 oz of grilled chicken, few bites of green beans
snacks: none really, just 5 or 6 almonds
