Hoping today is better tummy-wise.  Not sure what caused the  yesterday, unless it was the red bell pepper (not cooked well enough).  Anyway...here's to a better day!

Before breakfast:  Atkins Advantage Vanilla Shake

BNS:  3 oz scrambled eggs and 2 oz ham
L:  3 oz turkey burger with mushrooms and swiss and 2 onion rings (Bad)
S:  2 oz watermelon
D:  BBQ Pork ribs and veggies
S:  Atkins Advantage Shake

Upping my protein to around 100 for a week to hopefully get the scale to move again.

Water:  just 11 oz so far today
Exercise:  Walking this afternoon with my kids
Vitamins:  Haven't taken yet.
Attitude:  Depressed that the scale has moved a total of 5 lbs in 2 months.  UGGGG

So today I took my hubby lunch.. And when I was leaving a Marine asked hubby why he signs me in. I said they make me every time- I must look like a terrorist. The Marine says (really loudly).. A HOT terrorist.. You may be a terror, but you are HOT.. OMG I was so embarrassed- there were a room full of Marines in their blues! Ha ha.. Anyway,
