Hoping today is better tummy-wise. Not sure what caused the yesterday, unless it was the red bell pepper (not cooked well enough). Anyway...here's to a better day!

Upping my protein to around 100 for a week to hopefully get the scale to move again.

Attitude: Depressed that the scale has moved a total of 5 lbs in 2 months. UGGGG

So today I took my hubby lunch.. And when I was leaving a Marine asked hubby why he signs me in. I said they make me every time- I must look like a terrorist. The Marine says (really loudly).. A HOT terrorist.. You may be a terror, but you are HOT.. OMG I was so embarrassed- there were a room full of Marines in their blues! Ha ha.. Anyway,
