 LND: homemade cheese enchiladas with pinto beans. Yum!

B: 5 oz greek yogurt, 1 container baby food prunes. Instead of my usual 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, I added an oz of yogurt.
L: 3 oz hamburger patty
No cheese and crackers for snack today. I'm feeling very virtuous. I'm trying to cut out some carbs, as I seem to be gaining instead of losing lately. So no crackers, or cookies. I'm gonna work on sticking mostly to dense protein and a lttle later in the season, some home grown tomatoes with onions, chiles, some cheese, olive oil... My mouth is watering.
For dinner tonight I plan to finish that enchilada. I can't completely give up carbs!

Breakfast: bacon and egg
vitamin water zero
water

Lunch: cheese stick and cottage cheese
coffee with fat free french vanilla coffee mate

Dinner: steak and beets

How in the world do we eat veggies/fruits when you have not room in your stomach????

B: 1/4 bbque chicken quesadilla I made last night
S: didn't get to it
L: 1/4 bbque chicken quesadilla, 1/4 baked black beans with chorizo
S: 2 ISS protein wafer sticks, 1/2 cup diced pineapple
D: 4 ounces dijon crusted chicken breast, 1/4 scalloped potatoes

Water: oh yes, on a day like this..drinking like crazy
Vit: yes, one more viactiv tonight
Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill this am before going to work
Attitude: my feet really hurt and I can't wait to relax in bed, but happy to be with my family every night now

I need to pull back on my calories and carbs.  I think that would help detox me a bit...

B: premier protein shake
L: mixed fruit, salad with grilled chicken, asparagus, an egg roll
S: humus and 2 triangles of pita
D: pulled pork and 2 cookies

It doesn't look so bad written out, except the fried egg roll and cookies...tomorrow's another day!
