I stepped on the scale this morning and to my utter amazement it registered 250 on the dot. Just a week ago, the day I had my surgery I weighed in at 267. Thats a 17 lb weight loss in just the first week. And ah, I feel amazingly well.

292 Starting Weight
267 Surgury Weight
250 1 Week Post-op

I'm blown away... and grinning ear to ear
