B:  2 Eggs scrambled w/onions; 4 slices Bacon

L:  1/2 cup Tuna Salad; Celery
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  well about 16oz
Vitamins:  getting them in
Exercise:  About to go for a 2 mile walk
Attitude:  V is for Vanity, everytime I look at me I turn myself on (Vanity by Christina Aguilera that song is SOOO me)

Vits: Yep (Iron at bedtime)
Water: Working on it

mm sounds good..for dinner im making grilled shrimp stir fry, and brown rice...egg drop soup, and pork egg rolls,,ofcoarse i just stick to the grilled shrimp stir fry, and egg drop soup..I may have about 2 tblspoons of the brown rice..i dont do low carb,but i do watch what kind of carbs i do eat..gettin on that treadmill this evening and gonna walk run walk..Hiit train;;
Have a wonderful week.for breakfast I had a lean sausage link one half piece of whole grain toast and half a boiled egg...i forgot to mention that..

LND: tilapia with a bit of hollandaise sauce, potato soup
B:  Protein iced coffee with skim milk
L: chili with cheese
S: greek yogurt with low sugar strawberry jam
D: Tilapia leftovers
S: cytomax protein water/popsicle

Water: so far about 20 oz
Vitamins: check
Exercise: doing some mad gardening
Attitude: better than yesterday... damn scale

I just got up so for my breakfast I ended up having some saut... onions and mushrooms.  I'm going to work on protien the rest of the day! I may drink some milk for the first time since my surgery in March!

Breakfast: 2 slices of turkey bacon, and prot smoothie w/ 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, and carbmaster yogurt
Lunch:  tostada shell, lil bit of chick breast, ref beans, chs and lettuce
Snack: 4 slices of turkey lunch meat, cheese stick, atkins peanut butter cups
Dinner: not sure yet . .. maybe a few turkey meatballs and some baked beans
Snack: probabbly a mini ice cream sandwich

Vits: b 12, and will do multi vitamin when I get home
Water: 1/3 done with my 64 oz jug!
Excercise: going to the gym today . . .  goal is 40 mins of cardio and some weights/arms

LND:  Leftover oven stuffer (white meat) and collard greens
LNS:  Nothing (can't believe it!)

B:  coffee and 5 peanut M&Ms
S:  i do believe the M&Ms were sufficient. *blank stare*
L:  Chipotle (steak bowl with a rice (tablespoon), black beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce)
S:  Polly-O Jalepeno cheese stick
D:  Tuna w/Miracle Whip & 5 saltine crackers

Water:  On schedule
Vitamins:  Taking right now
Exercise:  45 minutes on eliptical machine
Attitude:  Happy - got the switch I wanted to at work and got great compliments today from people I didn't think was "watching."

Not really helpful for anyone looking for ideas, but I've been waiting months to chime in as an official VSGer, so even though I'm just one day out and still in the hospital, I'm doing it!
