D will most likely have a turkey burger patty with 1 slice of lowfat cheese and a slice of onion, tomato and pickle.

L: ground beef, cheese, bacon, mayo on a low barb veggie wrap (over an hour)

S: protein shake at gym ( powder, water, banana)

D: pork steak, ravioli
S: skinny cow ice cream sandwich
