I come I go I take MUCH needed breaks so I'm BACK...ETA y ou guys member my posts better then me...

B:  1/2 container of Premier Vanilla in my Coffee
S:  1 cup Canteloupe; 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
S:  More Coffee this time with Hazelnut Creamer
S:  1/2 slice Havarti cheese alas it was bad =(
L:  4oz Chipotle Chicken Skewer; Salad
S:  ??
D:  Hmmm I'll probably make some Chicken Curry

Water:  64oz+
Vitamins:  YES YES YES
Exercise:  Going for 10K steps
Attitude:  Just here I guess...

Vitamins: multi and b-complex taken.

B: Myoplex EAS 42g of protein
L: Two eggs over easy and a quarter of a piece of toast.
D: I'm probably going to do some chicken salad (about 1/2 cup)
S: Fat-free fudge bars

Activity:  I went to Six Flags: Fiesta Texas yesterday so I walked all day. Today????

Mood:  not bad, not fabulous, just even.

5am - yes I woke and I was hungry. No clue why!  1 slice turkey breast
B - 1/4 C lowfat cottage cheese
S - 1 oz string cheese
L - 2 oz chicken salad, 5 ritz crackers
S - protein shake w/ lactose free milk, banana and hershey's cocoa - 48g protein
D - planning on making some chicken on the grill

Fluids - on target
Vitamins - all taken and other meds
Excercise - I want to excercise so badly. My body feels good but I have bronchitis and my lungs are killing me.

 My stomach has been having issues again :(

S = celery and a teeny tiny amount of peanut butter
D = Smoked Turkey sausage stir fried with red and green peppers, onions and mushrooms and a salad.
S = latte (my latest obsession - I guess I am sick of only drinking water!)

Water - Yes!! Drinking it now!!

Attitude - my pants I wore to work today are falling off me - so my attitude is great!!  Adding these jeans to my give away stack!

post treadmill early morning fortifed protein shake (51 grams protein)
1 scrambled egg with grated parmesan/1 oz sausage patty
2 oz fish (fish and chips without the chips)/2 tomato slices/1 slice onion
1 babybel cheese
1 chicken drumstick/small lettuce salad with a little avocado in it

total protein will be around 110 grams today
~90 ounces fluid (coffee and water)
20 minutes treadmill this morning/all supplements taken/attitude:  FANTASTIC (starting Zumba with 2 girlfriends next monday---a low impact class with only 4 other people in it!--perfect for me)

walked a mile (just started excer.yesterday)..all vitamins...about 50 ozs liquid so far...packed up half my closed today of clothes that are too big..
