Excercise - I want to excercise so badly. My body feels good but I have bronchitis and my lungs are killing me.

Attitude - my pants I wore to work today are falling off me - so my attitude is great!! Adding these jeans to my give away stack!

1 chicken drumstick/small lettuce salad with a little avocado in it
total protein will be around 110 grams today
~90 ounces fluid (coffee and water)
20 minutes treadmill this morning/all supplements taken/attitude: FANTASTIC (starting Zumba with 2 girlfriends next monday---a low impact class with only 4 other people in it!--perfect for me)
