Texas Meet & Greet

Ok guys just want to give an update on the plans. I apologize for not giving an update sooner but have had some personal issues I been dealing with and it has been a little crazy to say the least.

That said, the date is June 25th from 10 am-2pm. The tenative place is Capp Smith Park (http://www.ci.watauga.tx.us/recreation/Park.htm). I do need to find out how many people plan on attending before I put the deposit on the pavillon as there are a couple of choices depending on how large of an area we need. I also want to book an area close to the restrooms because if not, it could be 1/2 mile or so walk.

If anyone is coming in from out of town and needs hotel accomadations, you can check out the local hotels on this link (http://www.fortworth.com/).

Please RSVP on this post so we can get a tenative head count. I'm looking forward to this event and meeting all who attend.

The rental is my contribution! It's only $30 for 4 hrs so it's no big deal. Now if it was several hundred $$ then I might be puttin' my hand out!

Awww...I wish I could go.  We already have vacation plans that weekend.  I would love to meet all the Texas peeps.  Next time for sure!

Sorry you cant make it! I knew a summer meet & greet was going to be kinda hard to plan since alot of people already have their vacation plans in place. Hopefully we can have another meet up later this year!! Enjoy your vacation!
