Thanks OH buddies!  My dear sweet Gus forgave me and later shared another one of his "babies" with me.

I do need to post a pic of him with one of his stuffed animals.  When he was younger, he loved chew toys.  Now it's stuffed animals.

Being of Jewish upbringing I never have spent much time thinking of Jesus, but I'll keep it in mind if the situation you described above pops up in the near future.
