6 months anniversary!

I do feel like a million bucks!  It's amazing what the weight loss does for the spirit in addition to the body!

Great job! I hope my firs six months is as good as your's. I know you feel better! Congrats!!

Another thought I'd like to share:

Please don't get too discouraged by stalls or slow weight loss.  I've had several in the short time of my journey.  Even when it seems like the scale barely moves, changes are happening.  The camera doesn't lie!

For all you newbies...hang in there.  You CAN  do it! :)
